Remove Pages from Header Navigation in Inove

I am only using pages for my website. I created pages that i wanted and made it so only the ones i wanted to show will show in the right side bar.

After i did that, those links also shows up in my top navigation menu where the header is.

Is there a way to hide these pages at the top so only the ones I want to show will only be displayed at the top in the Inove theme?

This is my site h ttp://inside-home-based-business.com

You can see that the top is filled with pages. I want to hide most of those. The ones on the right hand side in the side bar are showing how I want them to show. How do I fix this problem I'm having?

    I assume this is wordpress.

if so, yes there is a way.

get a plugin called "exclude pages", it adds a little check box to the "page creation" page, just go and edit each page and uncheck the box on each "page" and it will no longer appear in the navigation. (the little checkbox will be on the bottom right side of the page).

Will this exclude it from the top navigation bar and keep it visible on the right sidebar or will it make it not visible on both places?
