Video sitemap

Hello, I'm a newbie, and I would like to know if anyone here knows how to do a video sitemap? I have made the video and it is on my website. It is a 30 second video from <Animoto dot com> I would like it put on google. Does anyone have the know how to do this ro explain it in a non techie way for me to comprehend?

    do you run WordPress as your content management system? if so there is a plugin that does all of this for you (do a search for "Google Video Sitemap Wordpress Plugin Review" and you should be able to see some sites with reviews before you look at purchasing).

    Also I am talking to the owner of the software now and he is launching a site add on to manage all of your sites video sitemap (which also includes static html sites). But as long as the videos are hosted on your site (and not some video host like youtube).
