How hard would this be? A freelancer required?

I am using a Thesis skin site. On certain pages I want the subpages to show up like the subpages on this theme:

How hard, and how much, would that addition be to code? Is there a plugin that would do the same thing?

Also, if I had one sample page with subpages, how could I quickly replicate the page with all subpages? An answer to that would also be greatly appreciated!

    That could be done with a page template and custom fields. Something like that shouldn't be too difficult.

    You wouldn't need custom fields.
    It's just a custom page template grabbing posts from a category.
    The Featured Image is from the new featured image built into WordPress now.

    So its just a template setup to show the Featured image, the_exerpt(), and links for so many posts from a pre-specified category..

    The index template seems to be similar displaying blog posts but with the Featured Image being the main part. Then probably the excerpt. I personally would use a pre-coded excerpt with a more link.
