I'm not that good with the technical stuff. I just don't have the time to learn it myself right now, and I'm sure if you're experienced it would be a piece of cake for you to fix this up. That's why I'm asking for your help. I'll gladly pay you for your time!

What I need to do is to change those hostgator banners into my adsense banners so that they are automatically in every post that generates.
What I also need to figure out and fix is why every link on my site suddenly leads to Error 404.
