Dropping Contact Form code into WordPress Page

I'm having an issue with pasting actual code into a WordPress page and seeing the actual Contact Form. I am not using any plugins for this Contact Form, straight code received via a png file.

When I update the page, a page full of code is the only thing visible, not the actual contact form.

The png file was opened using Notepad and I copied and pasted the code into the box on the "Contact Us" Page. I attempted to post it with the HTML tab first but it didn't work -- only saw the actual code. I activated and using the Visual tab with no success either.

What am I doing wrong! Thanks.

A png file is an image, not actual code. What you have is an image of a contact form, not the actual code that makes the form work.

You need to have someone slice your image and write the html code for you. You then put that html code into the WP page.
