Graphics In Wordpress Being Cropped

We sell digital products through a WordPress blog and we display a graphic of the ecover or software box but the graphics are always cropped.

We have tried various settings and graphic sizes but to no avail.

Any suggestions please.

    Its coded into the theme.
I do the same with my custom themes.

    Open your themes index.php
    find zc=1
    and change it to zc=0

    Then save it.

      Hi again

I've looked for your adivice( In themes index.php find zc=1 and change it to zc=0) however haven't been able to locate it in the inex.php of the themes.

      Any other suggestions?

Do you have a different static template assigned to show your posts on?
Or a specific template assigned to the page this is happening on.

The website is www.fastplr.com and we're using the RD-ATF6700 1.0 template by S Dawkins.

The e-commerce script we are using is Wp-eStore but the problem we're experiencing also occured with other e-commerce plugins I played around with but this WP-eStore is the best for our requirements - except for the graphics.

However, I've come to realise its not the plugin but Wordpree or the theme as you suggested.

Actually now looking at it, I think it is the plug-in.
Are you using the WP eStore from tipsandtricks-hq.com

If so its the same one I use.
I believe this cropping is activated by the shortcode used to post the product and I can take a look in my code.

OK, I just looked in the settings.
I think in the WP eStore Settings page the Enable Smart Thumbnail option is checked.

If it is, un-check it and see if that fixes it.

      That did it.

The Moderator of the Support Forum of tipsandtricks-hq.com kept insisting that the Enable Smart Thumbnail must be checked and then when tat didn't work sent us to their Support desk where we were abused of trying to display a graphic of an ebook correctly whereas you could only display 125/125!!!

Thankyou, thankyou for your help. Is there anything we can do to assist you?
