Urgent help needed - basic html

I'm trying to throw together a squeeze page to meet a deadline that's already passed.

I need to take some java script or miles of html I got for an opt-in box from GetResponse (and DO remind me to find someone else for my autoresponder), and simply center it on the page. That's all, center my little snippet of javasdript on the page.

OR, some html to use (and where to put it) to center the block of endless html code for the same opt-in box on my squeeze page.

I'd be ever so grateful....

    Should be able to throw a <div align="center"> before and then </div> after the code.
