A strange warning on my blog!

I switched hosts, and learned how to use cpanel. it took me a few days, but I got everything figured out, except one little thing that won't go away.

After I got my blog running, everything runs fine and smooth, but under my header, and under my self phote, there is a weird warning or code error. I am not sure what it is, but it seems like it has something to do with my captcha plugin. Though my captcha plugin works fine. take a look at the error on my site here. Would any of you know what this is, or what I can do to fix the problem?

oh yes, and one other thing. There is no error on the home page, but after you click a post to bring its own page up, that is when the problem shows up.

    One of the files is outputting to the header after it was already sent.

    Disable the mycaptcha plugin and see if it goes away.

    If it does try getting a fresh copy of the plug-in and uploading it.
    It may have been damaged in transfer.
