viral script

Hey all,

I am looking for a viral script (I would prefer a wp plugin) that will 'reward' a visitor with access to a freebie if they perform certain tasks, such as...

make a facebook comment, tweet a message, or *most importantly* refer traffic that signs up to my newsletter...

any ideas or suggestions?

i have been searching for a while now and have not come across anything decent yet.

    Well, nothing really. fk released his good karma list control (as a hack of socialengine) a while ago. Is this something similar to what you had in mind? If so, I've had tons (literally) of requests to actually code one of these up ... of course, im sure all the smart IMers will prolly be spending their hard earned profits on kajabi (*rolls eyes*). So, really I was asking honestly, what's it worth to you, so I know if it's worth my time to code it for you.

    to be perfectly honest, not familiar with list control, not on FK's list (shocker, I know)
    i am familiar with Viral Inviter.

    I am looking to offer rewards in exchange for either a friend invite or a facebook comment...stuff like that.

    If you are talking about programming something custom, then I feel it may already be not worth it (too expensive) if there is something more out of the box ready to go.

    make sense? or am I overthinking this?

      Try this script i have attached. It is called List Machine. Frank Kern gave it out for free for a limited time to his list.

      It allows you to setup a portal where people have to refer a certain amount of friends by posting their unique referral link on facebook, twitter, etc. in order to "unlock" the content on the next page.

      the best part is the person doesn't have to login or signup or anything to get their unique referral URL. it automatically shows as soon as they visit your site.

        Has anyone got this to work successfully? Is it being updated?
        Any other recommendations, i too am trying to do the same thing on my site, where I give away X prize for referring 3 friends, etc..
