Question About Windows Vista Temp Files

I am using a Windows Vista PC and I recently noticed that my C drive is showing that I have 372 GB on it, and only 3.75 GB free, then I went a little deeper to find out that this path-

computer/winvista/users/owner/AppData/Local/Temp

-goes to a Temp folder and that folder itself is holding about 233GB of stuff

I am curious, anyone who is an expert at this kind of stuff only please, what can I delete from that folder? There are lots of files with this ext: .tmp

Any help is appreciated....

Click start type in "clean" select Disk cleanup, run it, should clean up all the temp files it doesnt need anymore, check disk usage.

Good program to check file and directory sizes is WinDirStat
