Looking for a script that does this...

I want to set up a site that allows the following:

* landing page to sign up affiliates, with both free and fee options to join, preferably works with PayPal
* they're issued a simple numeric affid and sent to a Thank You page with aff tools and info
* they can login later on using their affid and a password they provide to see referral stats
* they get a referral URL like mydomain.com/someproduct/affid that's equivalent to mydomain.com/someproduct?myaffid=affid. They use this URL to promote each product "someproduct".
* visitors who click on or enter the referral URL go to a landing page that collects some contact data in fields (eg., name, phone#, etc.). When they click the CONTINUE button, it saves the data tagged with the affid, and sends them to another (unrelated) URL with the affid embedded in it.
* affiliates can login and see summary and detailed stats for all of the visitors who they referred
* the vendor can see all of the data and send emails to any of the visitors who provided an email.

I'm aware that all of this can be done by cobbling a bunch of things together. What I'm looking for is ONE script that does it all.
I'm sure that Infusionsoft can be configured to do this, except I'm not sure it uses PayPal.
The main purpose is signing up affiliates, issuing affids, setting up landing pages for visitors who use their referral links, and tracking/reporting on referral stats. The only sales would be affiliate kits (optional; to cover costs of pre-printed materials); product sales are not made here.
This is not an MLM, but perhaps there are MLM scripts that would work.
Any suggestions?

PS: To state that more specifically:
I'm already aware of 7DS, RAP, Butterfly Marketing, Wordpress plug gobs of plugins, AWeber, EMailAces, 1SC, and others.
None of them do all of this, even though the requirements aren't all that complicated. (1SC might come close, but I'm not interested in 1SC.)
The problem with 7DS, RAP, and several others I know of is that you cannot add additional fields to the landing pages easily.
Infusionsoft is highly configurable, so I suspect it'll do virtually everything.
I'm looking for other ideas, ok?.
