PayPal technical issue
For years I have operated a hand-coded web directory www.cannylink.com.
To purchase a link, customers pay via the buy now button and should be redirected to the submission form. Cannylink Link Directory - Add URL - Add Site
Too often, I receive payment but not the submission information. Tracking down the customer is tough since all I have is their paypal address and not their contact address.
Script driven link directories have a much better system that seems to be intergrated into the paypal platform.
Are there any programming options available to sovle my problem?
