I would convert this flash to animated gif, and put as a background on then transparent image I want. I believe it's the easiest way to do it. The is no need to use flash for just a word blinking.

Unfortunately, you cannot put an image on top of an SWF, and unless you have the original Flash source in FLA format, you won't be able to do this with Flash.

But, like cevin said, you don't really need Flash at all -- you could easily make a 2-frame animated GIF out of this banner, and link it to whatever you want. This would be the better solution anyway, so that your banner will appear for people who don't have the Flash Player installed (e.g. iPhone users).

The thing is, there is code in the flash using actionscript so I need to use it as a swf. Is there anyway to make an iframe linkable? So if they click in the iframe it goes to a certain url?

No, you can't make an iframe linkable that way. What does the ActionScript code do?

If you have flash I can send you the .fla so you can edit it the way you want.
