If you could make any program to help with your internet business

what would it be?

I am not looking for your Intellectual Property or anything, I am just curious what sort of problems people who have more experience than me have found in their failures and successes.

I mean, would it be something that scrapes other site's cookies (is that even "legal"?) looking for previous shopping information?

what format? Web-based User Interface vs a program you download?

A program that goes through the day's top google searches and trends them with other searches to look for emerging search terms and patterns?

    I will look at the manual tasks take a lot of time to do by hand and find/develop software that automates those tasks. One example I can think of is a wordpress plugin that automates changing price of a product after a specified date or number of sales, so I don't have to do the change manually by hand.
