wordpress published page duplicated

hello,

I thought since wordpress was PHP, this was the section to ask for help

I just downloaded this theme: sweethome
Free Wordpress theme: Sweet Home

I LOVE IT and want to use it but it duplicates every page I publish.

it will list what I published, then the "edit" link and then the same thing I published all over again.

I know it's something to do with this theme ... and a loop??

Because if I go to a different theme, my published pages are not duplicated on the other ones.

Any ideas or suggestions?

    Check the page.php file and see if the call for the content is there twice. If so remove one.

    If you have any plugins activated, they could also be causing a glitch. Deactivate them one by one to see if the problem goes away.
