Inserting 'Action popup' Script in a Vbulliten Forum? Which page to insert code?

We have Action PopUp, Version 2.45 http://www.actionpopup.com/

and want to insert the code on vbulliten forum (like this one), so that when a visitor comes to the forum from the search engines, a Hover pop up comes, darkening the rest of the screen offering to get their optin (offering a newsletter for eg)

But vbulliten has many pages, .index page, .footer page, .header page etc (just like a wordpress blog)

Were would I insert that Action popup code/script in order for the Popup to get viewed on Any of the forum pages? any thread, including the Forum homepage?

    You should insert in the header
    Admincp -> Styles & Templates -> Edit Templates -> header
