MLM software

I am looking for a MLM software that has the following features.

php programming
not encoded
recycled matrix
tier affiliating
ability to pay 10 levels deep at 50% per level of the commissions
multiple payment modules
full shopping cart
full template system
upsale


this will have to be able to handle multiple different types of products from tangible products to downloadable products from multiple different places. so like 1 company might pay 50% commission on a product while another might only pay 40%. also has to be able to put in $ amount for commission. we will be programming in additional features but need a good base that has some of the features we need.

If so, you should take a look at our platform (Empowerkit - see link in my signature). I'll let you know if I come across any back-office solutions that fit your specs, but none come to mind off hand.

        That's superb though a lot of softwares were into competition which is the best or recommendable. I think for whom who'll going to start a business, lets prior to consider what software is applicable because softwares to be used in business would allow you a very good benefits like you can handle things easily the office tasks and everything will flow just right!
