Do you know what plugin or plugins they are using for this
hi I came across this site recently that does a great job of having users submit a form for an appointment and then offers the users the option to submit a link to Facebook or Twitter - I want to use this on a site, but can not seem to find what plugin or plugins they may have used.

You can see if this if you click on schedule an appointment and then when you close you will see the submit to Facebook or Twitter
