Hi WF,

I have seen almost every one has this widget (I would call) to submit email and download the PDF.

How is it done.

I want my user to submit there email and get the document I want them to download in WordPress.

Cheers,

Are you using any autoresponder service? If so, you can setup PDF url as thankyou page.

I do this using aweber. Once they confirm their email address they are redirected to a download page for the pdf. I wouldn't recommend just redirecting to a pdf url, send them to a page where they can click to download it instead.

        Thanks Mihir and Adam Struve.

I haven't set any auto responder, but thought there must be a plugin or something that can do the work for me.

        Thanks.

Get auto responder code. Locate the source code of your blog or site just copy and paste the auto responder code unto your source code. For the download report, all you do is to upload the report unto your webshost in pdf format and then link this with your autoresponder. Make sure you know the pdf name you uploaded to your host, or else you have a job. For example, is it yourdomain.com/pdf or what have you, I hope this helps?
