need help with landing page

hi guys,

from last few days i am trying to build landing pages for email/zip submit offers by myself. i need bit of help here. say example i have designed a landing page as attached. Then what next ?? where to put links and if some one field that offer how can i get conversion for that.

    Speak with your affiliate manager about framing the offer ... Or make a relevant landing page with a link to the offer / with the button link saying something relevant such as:

    'Enter to win now'
    'Claim your ___ here'
