How To Find And Replace With OpenOffice

Hello,

I wanted to find a word and replace everything which is written after it. Normally you can simply use the symbol *.

So if want to find all words with seo I would type:

seo*

The problem: OpenOffice is thinking that I am also searching for "*".

Does anyone of you know what to type?

Thanks and regards

    You can use "regular expressions".

There's detailed documentation on the OO site, google for something like "openoffice search and replace regex" and you should find your answers.
