Need help with website layout?

PROGRAMMING

My website has a pretty big problem. If you are a guest and you view a note, the layout is all screwed up. If you are logged in however, the layout is fine. Can anyone help me?

Here is my website: Google Search

Here is a sample account:

Username: User
Password: User

Yes. I linked you to google so this page wouldn't be indexed for "NoteLoad".
