SEO, Forum Posting, IP address Question

Hi to all! I have been implementing my own SEO to my 2 business websites for the past 2-3 years. It has been so successful that I have some friends in my industry that are wanting me to start SEO for their sites. I feel confident that I can get them 1st page rankings, but I have 1 concern. I post & comment on forums (my niche forums) most of these are "Do-Follow" so I get some good links, some traffic and some business. Here's my concern - If I create an account for client 1, 2, 3 and so on then I post & comment for them, do I have to worry about my IP add. getting banned or blacklisted? Will I be labeled as a spammer? Don't want to break forum rules. Also shouldn't I be more worried about the router or modems IP add. rather than my computers IP add.? Thoughts -unplugging the modem for along period of time, proxy server, WiFi device that gives me a different IP add. when I use it. I would greatly appreciate any and all advice. Thanks

I wouldn't register a bunch of accounts on the same forums from the same IP. You could have your friends register the accounts and then set them up yourself and post. Alternatively you can use proxy servers.

If you're not spamming you shouldn't have to worry about being labeled a spammer. If you are worried in regards to your IP being stored, or flagged you can use proxies, the TOR network or you can rent a bunch of servers around the world and create a VPN to post through.

Thanks for the advice, I think I'm going to use a proxy server service for this. I did some more research and found a company that will allow me to use up to 10 static IP addresses (1 for each client) and if I get more than 10 clients I can always use their rotating IP addresses. (150) I appreciate your comments!
