IP Switching - Botnet IP Addresses - Geo Targeting

I am looking for someone or software that is experienced in ip switching and geo targeting ip addresses. If anyone knows anything about botnet ip rentals also I am very interested. I don't want proxy ip's as they are easily detected. Obviously I would pay for this. PM me.

Do you mean there are legal botnets? I always thought botnets involved the computers of unsuspecting victims.

I think there is some company that pays users to let them run their program on their computer and they run website tests etc. over it.

So maybe you could see this as a kind of a legal botnet, can't remember the name, though, maybe you could do your stuff over their customers and pay for it.
