Encrypted in Windows, reformat any Way to Get files back?

I accidentally reformatted and forgot about some encrypted pictures and files, some I have back ups, but not all.
I didn't set the files to green font, so forgot.

I understand that the encryption is done from a random way from the registry on that particular windows build.

Anyway to get them off the same hard drive or send to microsoft...and get em back in a thousand years or so?

I have tried some decrypting software, but no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.
