Authority Link Network Question

I'm going to submit an article to ALN and I'm kind of confused .... Can't figure out how to add an anchor text... Does anybody know what this mean?

"Insert %LINK1%, %LINK2% or %LINK3% tag in the content to add the links!"

    Put your 3 URL's and corresponding keywords in the boxes below the article edit box. Where ever you want keyword 1 in your article, insert the tag %LINK1% and so on.

    eg.

    url1: http:// www . example . com
    kw1: dog bones

    article: I usually get the best %LINK1% at Petz R Funny on Main street.
    result: I usually get the best dog bones at Petz R Funny on Main street.
