I need a simple program written, willing to pay, or desire help

Hello Everyone, I desperately need some help.

If we could agree on some terms for profits, etc, then I would be glad to work out a deal..



ive got a huge database of keywords, and we can figure a way to do a couple of things in one program

1)browse-able database of keywords
2)keyword research software
3)competition check

that way if they see any keywords they like from our database of "ideas"(i got this part completely handled) then they can just click the research "tab"

the browse-able database SHOULD be the easiest, so see if you can do this \/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/


INPUT VARIABLES

two .csv files

create ONE .calc file using open office; then type a couple of random FIRST names in each of them

creat ANOTHER .calc file using open office; then make that one last names

OUTPUT
(visual aspects)
using normal folder icon used in Windows 7 - make a folder called "names"

just as in windows, you click the folder, and it opens up to its contents

which would be first and last name .csv files

in the long run I would like to include this as well

Sign in database - as in reference an online database in the program..

that way, upon opening of the software, the user is greeted with

"hi, would you like to take a few moments to update the systems database of keywords?"
