Wordpress Help - Site Blank

I need some serious help with my wordpress blog. I went to update it to wordpress 3.01 and something screwy happened.

Since then, I haven't been able to get it back.

I've downloaded all the files from the site.
I've exported all the database.
I've deleted the entire blog.
I've deleted the entire database.
Reinstalled wordpress 2.92.
Imported the databases.

It didn't work.

Then I deleted everything, and reinstalled different versions of Wordpress.

Sometimes I installed them via CPanel, other times I installed them via FTP. Every time I get the same result:

An entirely black site. Nothing - Nada - Zip. When I view the source code, there's nothing.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

    UPDATE **

Now it's prompting me to download the file I'm requesting. So if I point to domain.com/wp-admin/index.php a dialogue box opens asking to open or save the file.

This is not how you upgrade your WordPress site. It's as simple as uploading the new WordPress files so that the old ones get replace by the latest versions. This way all your settings, files remain there. Or you can upgrade directly through WordPress. Now, you seem to have created a mess!
