Voice Changing Software That Sound Realistic

I'm looking for something that changes the human voice, but still sounds like a real human voice...

Does anyone know of any software solutions (preferably Mac)?

  • Use Protools. You can modify the sound file to use a vocoder, or you can change the pitch, or the eq's, add reverb, ect ...

All kinds of things you can do to make a voice sound different.

Thanks... I'm checking them out now.

Do you use Protools for this personally? And does the results sound realistic? Or can you tell the voice has been altered?

      • Im on a PC, so I use Fruity Loops and Adobe Audition. All pricey software.
I use this for music production, or any audio recording to add compression and all kinds of stuff.

If you would like a free sound editor for pc, check out audacity.
