Convert Cmproj files into mp4 or mov on a mac

Hey,

I have problems trying to convert a cmproj project file into videos so i can upload onto youtube.
Can you anyone suggest a program that would convert the cmproj file into a mov or mp4 so i can upload it to the internet.

This has taken too long trying to find a solution for this problem I really need your guys help.

    Yeah - load up Camtasia and export the project. The cmproj extension is a Camtasia Studio project definition.
