How do you disable Play, FF, Pause Button on Camtasia Vid?

Anyone know how to hack the flash video code in Camtasisa so the player does NOT show the FF, Pause or play button.

I want my camtasia vid to auto play when someone hits the page, and for people not be able to stop it.

    My own camtasia is version 5, it doesn't appear to have ability to omit the controlbar in the flashplayer. However it should be relatively easy for you to use the camtasia produced swf or flv file and just play it in another player which is more easily configured.

    Either JW Player or Flowplayer should work fine.

    I wish I could recommend that format but sadly it is just terrible, the audio is not great, you have few features, just a mess, over all, I would say you should go for a flash video, FLV will give you the option of doing what you want to do.

    The last flash compressor I got was dropped when macromedia was bought out by adobe, (nasty business that) but you should be able to get it done fairly easily in a number of places, you could also use Action script 3, but that might be a bit over kill.

    So look for the flash encoder if you can find it, it should give you some options, but I would definitly go with a better player, than the one that camtasia offers, It plain $ucks

      You don't need to hack Camtasia. When you produce your video for web for example you get a folder that includes the player as well as the video file. (in some formats you only get the video file).

      Just use the video file with another player that supports autoplaying the file and you are home free.
