How to Cancel Insert Disk Message in USB Flash Drive

Hi everybody!

I've 1 GB usb flash drive. Currently it shown "Insert Disk" message when insert in PC.

How to Cancel Insert Disk Message in USB Flash Drive

Please give me solution if any.

      When I insert USB Flash drive into PC it shown "Insert Disk" message.

        Hi oFaruq, here's a bandaid fix. Try- go to task manager and end 'insert disc'. Perhaps a programmer will address this, I'd like a solid answer myself.

    Plz download HJT
    Extract the content to a permanent folder such as C:\HJT or something similar. Run the program. Choose the option to scan your computer. When it finishes there should be an option that says save log. This will save the log and open up a notepad file. Copy and paste the contents in your next post.

        No, your supposed to run HJT, than post the results of the scan in the post.

        What is on your flash drive? Do you see anything titled autostart?

        If you can stand to lose whatever content is on the drive, just reformat the flash drive.

        Sounds to me that you have a program on there that expects a cd drive, not a thumb drive.

        You will need to dump the data off the flash disk, than mount that data using a program like magicISO, to create a virtual cd image.

          I've an USB Flash drive. suddenly I want to enter this device but it shown insert disk message. Now I can't enter on it. Its not auto start. I can't format this devise. When I've press format command; it does not work.
          there is not data into this flash drive.
          Pls let me know your decision.
