RAP- Merging the AFFILIATE page Template, it to my own design? How ?

I think I entered this in the Wrong place, that is why it got deleted. I am entering this in the Programming part of the forum.

I have my own design for my affiliate page, (which i have desisnged)

for my RAP product.

But the RAP Affiliate page template is the one, where the affiliate enters their USERNAME, EMAIL, paypal address etc.

How do I merge the 2?

or do I
1) Open them both in dreamweaver,
2) Copy and paste my design, into the Template version (which has the Input fields), to make a new MERGED design
3) Save this NEW file, as a new PHP file, NEW-AFFILIATE-Page.php?


is that right?

or how do I do it?
