Need help - How to stop spam in php email contact form

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can help me?

I've got an SEO client that would like to stop the spam from their email contact form and not sure the best way to do this. I'm not very good with anything beyond HTML so would greatly appreciate anyone's advice. Is there a way to do this without using captcha?

can be used to make relatively minor additions to the existing page.

Another solution which I've used several times can be found at
Secure PHP Form Mailer Script · Dagon Design -
this solution could be used to replace the existing form code entirely.
