Need Affiliate.php set-up solution?

First off, thanks in advance for reading. There's a two-part issue here, one is setting up the affiliate.php file, the other is determining who I should vend the product with? (Perhaps...the latter should be determined 1st)

Any way, I'm just getting started setting up sales pages with digital download products, and many of the sites I am working on have a
built-in affiliate.php file included in the site files.

I've uploaded several sites already that have the same affiliate program php, and figured I could simply edit them later from within my Cpanel once I determine who to use? and how to best to manage the sales and affiliate payouts?

Obviously, having the affiliate set-up in place is something I need to learn to do before I start trying to drive traffic to these sites.

*Here's an example of the RAW un-edited affiliate.php file on one of my sites:

ex: cash-pump-system[dot]net/affiliate.php

Currently, I am using a self-hosted Pay-Pal "Buy Now" button, until I can determine which affiliate hosting program will serve as my vending platform.

I also have a file nestled on my server already entitled: order.php (which if I chose ClickBank) I imagine I would simply edit that "One Line Order" to alter the affiliate.php file, correct?

Since I am not experienced enough to set-up my own affiliate program yet, I was hoping you could look at the affiliate.php, and maybe shoot me the easiest solution to guarantee my (future) affiliates will get paid without me having to 'babysit' the program or shell out $2,000 to test run these products on CB.

Is there an alternate way to do this on auto-pilot thru PayPal?

or

Is ClickBank the way to go?

(I have never set-up, nor sold a CB product yet...)-->bit un-nerving, really.

Being I have roughly 30 of these sites, all of which I have since purchased matching domains to the product itself... it's getting a little pricy.

Therefore, while I would like to put them all through ClickBank...the $50 per item fee will take some time to afford that chunk. I have considered trying out 1 or 2 sites with ClickBank...(as it would easily integrate into the existing php file).-Naturally, once the product pays for itself, I could throw another on CB.

Because these are resell sites w/ resell products on them, most of them can already be found on ClickBank, or worse hi-jacked online, it kinda bekons the question; is it worth paying the vending fee?

(If I do...I'd probably bundle in some bonuses, set a higher price, so affiliates can earn more, and entice more promotors) *Some of the prices on CB are so low, it's almost hard to believe it could be attractive to affiliates. <---Hence, my reason to seek other options.

*The next option was PayDotCom or Share-A-Sale, but I haven't really weighed these options or used any of these services yet. (I like PayDotCom as they are offering a huge oto sign-up offer w/ free credits) but I'm not sure if it'll integrate with the existing affiliate.php file easily?

Please, forgive my inexperience...and ramblings...but ultimately how can I set these affiliate pages up without registering each one to clickbank?

I can't sleep knowing; there's an affiliate page sitting on my website(s) with no real way for someone to use it!

Thanks for any direction you may provide.
