Newbee-How do I transfer articleandvideo from a website to my wordpress blog

I have a wordpress info site, and I have permission from the copyright holders to transfer their content - article with a short video- from a web site to my info site; but being a newbee I have no clue how to do it!
Can someone please help. I am techie challenged, so I will need step-by-step directions.

    Moving a content is simple you can paste the content in provided wordpress editor and after that there are several options on the top to include multimedia, Click on the insert video button and you can include link or can upload video from your PC. Let me know If you don't get it.
