Twitter>Wordpress Plugin Filtered By #hashtag?

Does anyone know, off the top of their head, of any WP PlugIn that will posts Tweets to a blog but only from a set Twitter account AND when a preset #hashtag is used?

I've done lots of searching and thought I'd found a solution in Tweet Blender but I can't get it to work the way I want.

    There's no tool/ plug in out there that can do that. However, you should be able to roll one yourself easily - it's not hard. If it's something you are willing to pay for, them give me a shout and I will spend the weekend knocking one together for you.
