How do I get rid of WP spamlinks?

I ran a check on my blog and found I have a site linking to mine (it's not part of the comments) with their main blog url linking first and about 10 pages of the same blog linking to me in top delicious positions 1-10. They did this with one of my post url's on a single page as far as I can tell.
I've enabled Askimet now, so that should take care of any new ones - I'm hoping. My question, is there any way I can get rid of these links short of contacting the owner of this blog?
According to Alexa, this blog is ranking around 508K. Would you even delete these links or keep them?
I'm pretty careful about cloaking my affiliate links and the like, but I'm new to wordpress - can you tell?
