having trouble updating wordpress

Hi all Im having problems updating the hair extesions blog in my sig. I thought I had done every thing write about 3 times but it not seem to be working. Can some do it for me and i'll pay you, how much to do this?

    Steve,

    Nip over to WordPress Automatic Upgrade 1.2 Release and find the wordpress automatic upgrade plugin, it's nearly at the bottom of the page. It works a treat, 5 clicks and your installation is upgraded.

    Another one I'd recommend is the database back up plug in, you never know when that one might be needed.

    the safe way to upgrade is to backup everything, the post, page, theme, and plugin. and you can simply fresh install the wp application and import all necessary backups.
