prosense wp setting up

I am setting up wp now w/ prosense theme. This is the first time I do it so I need to get some help.
How do I change the blue title when i search google? When i search my domain in googole I see that the root domain name comes up not the description of website?

When i search my site, it shoes domain naes instead of showing titles.

And another question is how do I change/add the description of the websites? I heard that people are talking about meta tag and stuff...but how do I change those?

I do not know how to delete default catagories and have my own sections. But it seems like I have to change the codes and I cannot do it on admin panel. Is that right?


Any of you can direct me to the reference I would very much appreciate it.

    How do I change the blue title when i search google? => I am not quite clear what you mean. But if it is related to color tempalte go to theme editor, and go find the setting in css file, be sure to make a backup
