Wordpress plug in to upload videos

I´ve been searching a lot but i have not been able to find one. I´m not talking about embedded videos, i´m talking about uploading a video from my computer to my wordpress blog. A video people can watch on my blog.

Anyone?

    You will need to self host the videos. You have 3 options in this case:

    1) Get a hosting that allows you to upload your videos and stream from there.

    2) Upload to Youtube and embed from there (free).

    3) Host with Amazon3 Services (cheapest option).
