I have an e-book I wrote for myself and team partners to use. I hired a firm to develop a whole system by where each team member had their own website but redirected to the main page where prospects sign up for the free e-book.

There are two sign up pages, one for prospects they receive e-book for free.

The other sign up page is for team members who want to use the system, with back office, showing opted in prospects, etc and my e-book with the below happening at sign up:

When my team members signed up to use the system and my e-book the e-book was to automatically change my name, phone and e-mail to the team member who signed on to use the system. Seems the firm I hired cannot write the correct script to make this happen. Can anyone here help me with this?

I know it is possible because I use a system that takes the person who wrote the e-book his name phone and e-mail and replaces it with my info when I signed up for his system.

Thanks!

What format is the e-book in.?

Text is easiest to accomplish this but I've worked alot with on-the-fly PDF generation as well - it's harder but still doable.

I have it currently in .doc and .pdf, but can put it in any format needed to get this accomplished.

I've done something similar to this on one of my websites using FPDF. It's pretty cool... you can integrate it into any webpage, and it will brand PDF's "on the fly". Bit of a learning curve though if you don't know any php.

Thanks Brandon. Can you give me more specifics? You say you used FPDF, and that it can be a learning curve if you do not know PHP. I will be firing this firm as soon as they finish my last project. I would like to keep in contact with you. You seem to understand what I need.

Sure. The webpage I have it set up on is semi-private (for my JV partners), so send me an email at admin [at] impactpromovideos.com, and I'll be glad to show you how it works.
