I Added A Script And Now The Adsense Has Disappeared!

The second link has a test page for a Social Media Pop Out I wanted to test on the page, but I noticed that the Adsense script has disappeared

How can I have two scripts running on the same template?

      I recommend using a different plugin or script as I took a look at that one and it looks very poorly coded. Do a search for "jquery lightboxes" or "jquery modal" and you should find some good examples of what you're looking for.
