Create additional cPanel account w/ Hostgator?

I've just sold one of my sites and I'm in the middle of transferring ownership. I'm trying to give cPanel access to just that one site to the buyer. But I wonder if that's even possible with the cPanel from Hostgator? It doesn't look like I can create an additional cPanel account, but I'm not 100% sure. Or is there another way of allowing hosting access to just the one site to another user? Would appreciate any advice.

    If I were you I would make a cpanel backup of the site and move the backup to a spot where he could download it. Then he could restore the backup from his own WHM/CPanel and you wouldn't have to worry about the guy downloading the rest of your sites. cpanel backups take care of the databases and everything in one fell swoop.

    Now if you have only one site on your cpanel - although it sounds like you have more - then you could give him your cpanel login and he could just "copy an account from another server" if he is using WHM.

    Of course you could always dump the databases and zip the home directory. There might be problems with file paths and what not in that case.
