Need Help/Advice On Creating A Community Website
This is in relation to an idea that I had about creating a Philanthropic Traveler website, which then evolved into a Philanthropic Traveler community where I and other like minded travellers roam the globe completing sponsor set challenges to raise money for charity...

Sponsors could publish interesting travel challenges, with community members individually or collectively completing the challenges... then once the challenge is complete, the challengers will get a gift from the sponsor, and the charity will get a donation of "x" amount of dollars to help their cause (an amount set when posting the challenge).
Sort of like an amazing race dictated by sponsors, completed by challengers, raising money for charity. What would be the best way to create a community as such?
