Twitter Aweber Opt In Solution

... Looking for some kind of automated solution that allows a user to subscribe to an Aweber list using twitter with just 1 or 2 clicks.

Also looking for same solution for Google Plus and/or Facebook.

Anyone know of such a solution? Ideally something that easily integrates with Wordpress.

Is this technically possible to do within the bounds of Awebers constraints?

    How would you imagine that to work?

    Peoople click on a twitter link and are subscribed to your list? *might* be possible through API but a lot of hassle.

    Easiest solution:

    Twitter Link => Simple lead capture / landing page => aweber list.
