Help! I keep getting CAPTCHA Phrase doesn't match.

Hi,

Can someone please help? I would like to change my username but everytime i try to submit a general ticket, the captcha phrase at the bottom keeps getting rejected. I have been trying for the past 24 hrs.
Could there be some database error that's going on?

    try another browser?

    and get some sleep, solving captchas for 24h will increase the error rate, for sure....

      I did try another browser, i even tried using a different computer but nothing worked. Ok, gonna get some sleep soon haha!, thanks

    You can not change the username yourself. Please just submit a ticket with your current and new username and we'll change it for you. A change of the username will not affect your post count or profile settings.
    How can I change my username?
