Google Analytics not Integrating with Magento
Hi there,
About 6 months ago we had a 3rd party developer build us an e-commerce site on the Magento Community platform. Since then, we have hired a 3rd party SEO firm who have done great things in terms of boosting our traffic. However, they noticed that Google Analytics was not tracking e-commerce data despite the fact that everything appeared to be configured properly.
Neither party seems to know what the problem is. We're quite desperate, our SEO firm needs this conversion data to maximize our ROI. As it is, we're getting a lot of traffic, but it's not targeted, and frankly, our sales numbers are reflecting that.
We've decided to turn to a rogue wunderkind who might be willing to think outside the box and get to the bottom of the issue. I've heard from many people this is the place to go.
