Hello warriors,
I'm about to begin working on an ecommerce site for a client and we are after a feature that we cannot currently find a fix for.

When someone goes to the checkout they after selecting items, they are then prompted to select a 'region' which then calculates their shipping costs.

The trouble is, we have around 250 'regions' that we are setting up.

If you take a look at the plugin below, you will find that they offer us the means to add 'regions' however what we would like someone to do is create a drop-down selection for selecting a 'parent region' which then shows the appropriate 'child regions' (these 'child regions' would be the regions set-up for shipping costs and the 'parent regions' would have no value attached to them)

To make this clear, we will be using the Australian states as parent regions for selection to then display the 'region' postcodes for that particular state.

Trust this makes sense.

We will be using wp e-commerce and paypal as our payment gateway.

Please take a look at the following plugin and let me know if this is something that you believe is possible.

Secondly, we would also like the ability to somehow (either CSV upload or otherwise) be able to update our shipping prices for all of the 'regions' which will be setup, as going through and updating each one individually would be a nightmare.

For any thoughts, comments or alternative options you may have please comment below, or if you wish to communicate in private about what you would charge (YES we are willing to pay - not just looking for freebies) for these requests to be completed then please PM me with your email so that we can chat through email further.
