URGENT - Lightbox 2 help please!

I've only added the codes to just this one page until I get it figured out.
So what's happening is the "lightbox" is not working. The correct image size opens up with the Close gif - but all the way at the bottom of the page, way, way below the footer where no one will even know it's launched.
I've tested this in IE, Chrome and FF with the same results.
I've seen other forums where people have had this problem but no one ever got an answer. I'm clueless.
Where in the js files would I go to find something that tells the lightbox in what position on the web page to display? According to all the tutorials, it should work "right out of the box."
